About
We sit between merchandising intuition and the raw export files — turning social commerce conversion analytics into boards people can argue over constructively.
CreekWay Analytics Ltd is the official registered business name behind CreekWay App. The company was established in 2019 in Leeds after a series of freelance reviews for independent retailers who sold through Instagram and early live-commerce trials.
Those first projects were messy: incomplete exports, creators who changed captions mid-campaign, checkout rules that differed by marketplace. Rather than chase every new analytics fashion, the studio settled on a narrow craft — reading social commerce conversion for people who already know their products.
Today the practice covers UK retailers from single-door boutiques to multi-brand social teams. Work stays human-led: analysts annotate the charts, partners run the readouts, and we decline retainers that would turn the relationship into an unattended feed of automated slides.
We value plain language, visible assumptions, and boards that survive a sceptical buyer in the room. When evidence is thin, we say so. When a creative format converts for the wrong reason — discount stacking, for example — we label that too.
