Data controller

Data we collect
- Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, message, optional consultation and scope fields)
- Correspondence sent to our email or phone
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted
- Client project materials you supply for an engagement (which may include personal data embedded in exports)
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to requests (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). We process client materials to deliver contracted consultations (contract). We process analytics only with consent where required. We may process data to meet legal obligations such as accounting rules.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Contract and invoice records are retained for six years. Analytics cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on the Cookies page. Project exports are deleted or returned according to the engagement letter, typically within 90 days after final delivery unless you ask us to archive them longer.
Sharing
We use vetted processors for email, file storage, and (if consented) analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations where available.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in applicable cases. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via browser controls and by clearing the stored preference then revisiting the site. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
