Refunds, cancellations, and deposits

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for conversion audits, visual reporting packs, team readout sessions, and related clarification hours. Because work is professional-service based, eligibility depends on how far the engagement has progressed.

Booking deposits

A 30% deposit confirms analyst scheduling. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel. If you cancel more than ten working days before the agreed start date, we refund the deposit minus a £75 administration fee. Cancellations inside ten working days forfeit the deposit unless we successfully rebook the slot with another client, in which case we refund half the deposit.

Full refunds

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) if we have not started substantive work — meaning we have not begun data ingestion or visual drafting — and you cancel in writing. If we miss an agreed delivery date by more than ten working days without a revised plan you accept, you may cancel for a full refund of unperformed work.

Partial refunds

If work has started, we invoice for completed stages (scoping, ingestion, draft boards, readout) at the proportions stated in the engagement letter. Any prepaid balance above that amount is refunded. Readout sessions cancelled with at least five working days’ notice receive a full session-fee refund or free reschedule; later cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 60 days subject to availability.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party costs we prepaid on your written instruction (for example couriered prints)
• Completed clarification hours already delivered
• Work delayed because agreed access or exports were not provided after two written reminders

Work already started

Annotated drafts and intermediate boards remain our working papers until final delivery. If an engagement ends early, you may request a handover of completed visuals already approved in writing; unfinished exploratory charts are not delivered as a matter of course.

No-shows

If your team misses a scheduled readout without 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is charged. We offer one courtesy reschedule when the miss is due to documented emergency.

Process and timing

Email refund requests to hello@appcreekway.click with the invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days and process approved refunds within fourteen working days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

Audits may be rescheduled once without fee if notice is given at least seven working days before the start date. Further moves may incur a £100 rescheduling charge.
