These terms govern use of appcreekway.click and engagements with CreekWay Analytics Ltd trading as CreekWay App.
Acceptance
By browsing this website or commissioning a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, rates, and briefs are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee (email confirmation is sufficient).
Intellectual property
Website copy, visual themes, and materials we create for you remain subject to the engagement letter. Pre-existing CreekWay methods and templates stay our property; you receive a licence to use deliverables for your internal business purposes. You may not resell our packs as a competing analytics product.
Client materials
You warrant that exports, credentials, and creative assets you supply are lawfully shared with us. You remain responsible for access revocation after the engagement ends.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, CreekWay Analytics Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits from campaign decisions you make after a review. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under GB law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the terms in force when the scope was accepted unless both parties agree otherwise.
